Completion of the 3-hour Intro to Mission & Facilitation Training is a strict prerequisite for this training. If you have have not yet attended that training, please back up to the list of upcoming facilitator trainings and register for "Intro to Mission & Facilitation." You must also have completed the 8-week Journey to Freedom small group as a participant. Please wait to fill out this application until both of these requirements have been met. 

Over Restore's 19-year history, the small group facilitators have been at the heart of their group, moving the discussion forward, building relationships, and upholding the safety and security of the entire group process. While facilitators are volunteers, we understand that it is a big commitment! Thank you for your interest in taking the next step towards becoming a facilitator. 
 

Before applying, please consider our process. To be certified as a facilitator of our small groups, you must: 
 

1) Have already participated in the 8-week Journey to Freedom small group

2) Have already completed the Intro to Mission & Facilitation Training--This is a strict prerequisite! 

3) Fill out this online application in full and submit for review.

4) Complete 6-hour Journey to Freedom Curriculum Intensive

5) Agree to the requirements of the 2-Year Facilitator Mentorship Program. Including, willingness to be a lead-facilitator or co-facilitator in at least 1 group annually, and completion of at least 1 skills-advancement training annually. 

PLEASE NOTE: This online training takes place in two sessions, September 23rd & 30th, 6:00pm-9:00pm CST. Both sessions are required.
