Over Restore's 20-year history, the small group facilitators have been at the heart of their group, moving the discussion forward, building relationships, and upholding the safety and security of the entire group process. While facilitators are volunteers, we understand that it is a big commitment! Thank you for your interest in joining us in our calling to build a healing community for all people. 

Through Restore Small Groups thousands of people have rediscovered hope in situations that used to cause despair. There is no "typical" problem for the people who turn to small groups for help--low self-worth, depression, grief, relationship conflicts, body image issues, substance abuse, self-harm, co-dependency, work problems, intimacy issues, and anything else holding them back from freedom. 

Before applying, please consider our process. To be certified as a facilitator of our small groups, you must: 

1) Participate in our 8-week foundational group, "Journey to Freedom"

2) Complete Intro to Mission & Facilitation Training

3) Upon approval from the trainers, register for and participate in our 6-hour Journey to Freedom Curriculum Intensive
