Are you ready to bring Journey to Freedom in your organization?

This training is offered exclusively for Restore’s new partners as they begin to strategize and implement their small groups ministry. Covering topics like group planning, facilitator recruitment and mentorship, marketing, fundraising, and data collection, trainees become fully equipped to execute Restore programming within their organizations.

Before you continue, please consider our process. To become a Small Groups Coordinator, you must:

1. Walk through the Restore Manifesto with Restore staff (If you have not done this, please STOP and contact morgan@restoresmallgroups.org.)

2. Participate in an 8-week Journey to Freedom group (If you have not done this, please STOP and consult our website for a complete list of group offerings.)

3. Create a strategic plan with Betsy Swann, Global Development Specialist (If you have not done this, please STOP and contact betsy@restoresmallgroups.org.)

4. Sign the Partnership Agreement and pay the agreed-upon Partnership Support Fee (If you have not done this, please STOP and contact betsy@restoresmallgroups.org.)

5. Complete this 4-hour Coordinator Training session

6. Complete both parts of facilitator training (Intro to Mission & Faciitation and Journey to Freedom Curriculum Intensive)
